Mango Fruit Puree from BSG is made with 100% alphonso mangoes and has been blended to meet consistent standards for brix, pH and flavor. Perfect for brewers looking to create naturally fruit-forward or subtly fruit flavoured beers.

Fruit purees can be added during primary or secondary fermentation. Suggested dosage is 0.5 – 2 pounds of puree per gallon of finished beer. However, dosage will vary depending on the desired level fruit intensity and style of beer. It is recommended to trial different dosage rates in pilot batches to determine optimal addition rate.

Mango Fruit Puree is aseptically processed allowing it to be stored at ambient temperatures, rather than refrigerated or frozen, and ensuring consistency and availability throughout the year.
