Dingemans Cara 8


Very light crystal/caramel malt that can be used for foam stability and body in any beer.

Dingemans Cara 8 is a very light crystal/caramel malt produced in a drum roaster. Its unique flavour is achieved through caramelization and low drying temperatures. Adding Cara 8 increases the foam stability of your beers. Thanks to its light colour, it can even be used in low percentages in Pilseners and other pale beer styles to improve the foam stability and add full-bodied flavour to the beer.

Suggested usage: Pale Ale, Golden Ale, Light beer, Pilsener
