Usage:A low-alpha blend of aged hops for the production of spontaneous fermented and other sour beer. Incorporating aged hops in sour and wild beer formulations helps minimize IBU contribution and reduces the inhibitory effect of alpha acids on lactic acid bacteria and other desirable microbes.
