Spicy/herbal flavour with enhanced mouthfeel for traditional Saison and hazy IPA.

Produced from the best European Rye, Dingemans Rye Malt typically adds a spicy/herbal taste to the beer. Dingemans Rye Malt improves mouthfeel and adds a unique dry flavour. Historically rye malt was used extensively in Belgian Saisons.  

Suggested usage: Belgian Saison and NE IPA
