Dingemans Cara 45


Medium caramel malt that gives rich caramel aroma and intensified colour.

Dingemans Cara 45 is a medium-coloured caramel malt used by many traditional Belgian breweries to produce Abbey-style and other dark ales. This drum-roasted malt will impart a rich caramel-sweet aroma and full flavour, as well as intensified colour.

Suggested usage: Belgian Abbey and Trappist beers, Pale Ale, Golden Ale
