PolyClar 730 is a single-use, balanced beer stabilizer is a composite of Polyclar polyvinyl polypyrrolidone (PVPP) and a specially developed grade of silica xerogel. A dual-action stabilizer, it offers highly effective reduction of both haze-forming polyphenols and haze-forming proteins.

Dosage rates: The exact dosing rate for Polyclar 730 is dependent upon the brewing raw materials used, process conditions and the shelf life requirement. The normal dosage level range for 100% malt beer is 20 to 80 g/hL (5 to 21 lbs/100 US bbls). For beer with low polyphenol content, the normal dosage range is 10 to 50 g/hl (2 to 10 lbs/100 US bbls).
